At Avinee Pooja Samagri, we are committed to making your shopping experience spiritually fulfilling and hassle-free. We aim to deliver authentic, high-quality Hindu Pooja and Dashakarma samagri across India and globally. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is here to support you.

Eligibility for Returns

You may initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective or broken during transit

  • The delivery is incomplete or items are missing from the package

  • Any item is past the expiry date mentioned on the packaging

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include the original invoice

  • Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” are not covered by this policy

Return Process

  • Photographic Evidence: Please take clear pictures of the defective or damaged items

  • Unboxing Video Required: Kindly record a short video while unboxing the parcel and take photos of the box and its shipping label for proof and safety

  • Initiate Request: Email us at support@avineepoojasamagri.co.in or call us at 8910996006 within 72 hours of delivery

  • Repack the Item: Pack the product securely to prevent any further damage

  • Pickup/Drop: We’ll coordinate pickup or guide you on the return process based on your location

Refund Policy

  • A full refund will be issued once the returned items are received in acceptable condition
  • Refund will be processed within 72 hours to your original payment method or bank account
  • Shipping charges will be refunded only if a valid invoice is provided (except express delivery)
  • For express/air deliveries, shipping cost is non-refundable under any circumstances. Only the product price will be refunded if internal damage is verified.

Important Notes

  • Do not accept the parcel if it appears damaged or unsealed from the outside

  • Order cancellations are not allowed once payment is made

  • Return approvals are subject to Avinee Pooja Samagri’s discretion
